On April 1, 2026, a reporting conference of young scientists from Moscow State University was held in the building of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence of Moscow State University, who won the 2024 Moscow University and Intellect Foundation Competition and received funding for research activities.
The results of research performed using AI in medicine, physics, history and other disciplines were presented by 14 fellows of the Intellect Foundation – graduate students and postdocs. The conference participants demonstrated to the expert commission how artificial intelligence technologies can contribute to progress in a wide variety of scientific fields.

Traditionally, the conference was launched by Andrey Anatolyevich Fedyanin, Vice-rector of Moscow State University. In his welcoming speech, Andrey Anatolyevich separately noted the level of support that the Foundation's fellows receive.:
"It's an amazing story of collaboration.: Moscow University, together with its benefactors, the Intellect Foundation, organized a truly long-term scholarship support with a significant amount of funding. This allows graduate students and postdocs to pursue such promising topics as artificial intelligence research."
It should be noted that within the framework of the scholarship program of the Intellect Foundation with the support of the Oleg Deripaska Volnoe Delo Foundation, young researchers have the opportunity to receive scholarship support for up to 3 years. Such long-term support allows young researchers to focus on large-scale projects that require deep study and hypothesis testing, without being distracted by the search for additional funding.

"It's great that people from different faculties are speaking at the conference: the focus is not only on building machine learning models, but also on such an interdisciplinary approach, when looking for exactly the area where these models can actually be applied in practice to solve a specific scientific problem. The Foundation supports projects for a long time and with good funding - this, of course, shifts the focus of attention to science, specifically to the implementation of the core part of the project. And that's definitely a good thing."
