On June 20, a grant competition will start for applicants to the Faculty of AI at Moscow State University, the winners of which will be fully covered by the cost of studying at the faculty in case of successful admission.
In total, up to 16 grants are provided for the bachelor's degree program and up to 16 for the master's degree program. Thus, talented applicants will have an additional opportunity to receive free education at the new faculty. Previously, the Faculty of AI had already allocated 20 budget places in the bachelor's degree and 20 in the master's degree.
The grant competition is organized by the Non-profit Foundation for the Development of Science and Education "Intellect" with the support of the Oleg Deripaska Foundation "Volnoe Delo".
To participate in the competition, applicants must submit an application, a motivation letter for undergraduate applicants or a research essay for graduate applicants, tell them about their academic or scientific achievements, and attach letters of recommendation and diplomas. Applications from applicants will be evaluated by the expert council of the competition.
The competition is held separately from admission to Moscow State University and will not affect the results of admission to the faculty.
Applications from applicants entering the bachelor's degree program are accepted until July 25, and by August 10 – from applicants entering the master's program.
Detailed information about the grant competition is published on the faculty's website https://www.ai.msu.ru.
